I did their mobile gas pump and they put a $100 hold on my card despite the fact that I picked the $40 prepay option and I only spent $32. Second time they’ve done this. ATP screw the points, I’ll just get gas at 7/11.

Need to allow customers the ability to choose which stores to get delivery from. Im forced to order from a subpar location that always makes mistakes. Also, need to give customers the ability to rate the delivery drivers and stores separately. Not fair to punish both if only one party was the problem.

Stuck on loading screen

This app well frequently not work when you are in the store! CONVENIENT! There is no way to add your receipt to the app after a purchase (when the app is down << frequently)! It’s a spam loaded bot’

just keeps saying “pardon our interruption”. cant even order or make an account

Doesn’t always work

It’s ridiculous, before the activate in app worked half the time. Now no matter what it will just not work. Even with different Wawas and different cards. I have so many points and can’t even use them. I’m about to stop filling up at Wawa because other apps such as upstart have good deals as well without you earning points AND it ALWAYS works unlike this app.

The app is easy to sign into and works ok with no crashes, but points expire too quickly. If you forget to scan at the checkout, there’s no way to add a receipt later. Rewards are also too expensive, making it hard to earn anything before the points expire unless you shop at Wawa daily. My biggest issue is gas purchases. You can’t add any receipts from your gas purchases. There is an option to link your card before fueling and adding which pump number you are at. Unfortunately, I’ve only gotten it to work once, making the feature almost useless. Overall, the app needs a major update before I continue using it.

The app does not tell me ahead of time when ordering is unavailable at my 24/7 location. I rely on my coffee and breakfast at 3:45 am and I am very frustrated I only find out at 3:40am that my orders are unavailable because mobile ordering at my location is shutoff. I am very very frustrated.

I love Wawa but this app sucks and my rewards aren’t showing.
