Very laggy! So hard to use & make appointments. At one point the medical records on the app were wrong, even though they had previously been correct and up date.
This app lags and made me pick several wrong appointments and locations. Just annoying
Everytime I come to the vet in Potomac yard they make me feel uncomfortable and has an attitude problem with me I’m never coming back to that location again
For 3 weeks now I have been unable to open the app. It just won’t load. It has good information and accessibility once in, but I can never get in so….
The Banfield app can be hard to use. It tends to become unresponsive and freezes up. It also is quite slow. I am glad though that we can make appointments and check Pet details on it if they could just make it so when you are selecting, it doesn’t more quicker than I would like to add more.
Happy that there is finally an app for this. Makes maintaining appointments and needs a lot easier.
App is useful but prompts take along time to load. Pressing other options doesn’t register either after a while.

This app desperately needs an update. There’s all these features that serve no function. You can submit a request for your pet’s medical records but then the app either freezes or won’t register the request. No matter how many times you request, refresh, or open/close the app, it will not work. The invoices don’t show anything and visit summaries don’t reflect the actual visit and virtually have no information regarding the actual visit. It’s bad enough I’ve been stuck with this vet for years and majority of the time I have a bad experience but have no other options to go to, but to make matters worse the app that is supposed to make navigating the system easier, makes it even more difficult and frustrating. At this point I’m just going to have to bite the bullet and take all my pets to the nearest vet in a neighboring city. This company and this app sucks ⚽️🏀⚾️🎾🏐.
I love Banfield and the staff! I’ve been taking my fur baby since he was 4 weeks old. They are professional and friendly, they love my Blue. They always treat him so well! He loves them as well!
