Super slow. Needs to work out the bugs. But useful to see my pets records and have them handy
Ever since they changed their system it’s been nothing but problems in person and through the app and now I feel as if I can’t properly address my kids health using their system
Love this place
The app is very slow to load and receive input.
The app run so slow and the new layout is not as user friendly. It also logs out to much it won’t stay signed in

It’s been spotty and slow for a while (on different WiFi, fios at home). Unable to get records or even to records screen trying the app or the web version.
Love the idea of this app and it’s improved over the last few years but when scheduling appointments don’t expect them to be correct!
Very laggy! So hard to use & make appointments. At one point the medical records on the app were wrong, even though they had previously been correct and up date.
This app lags and made me pick several wrong appointments and locations. Just annoying
