It was a welcomed surprise that my iPhone worlds as a TAP device to process credit card transactions.
The fees seem a little high. I’ve been a square user for multiple years now. Seems like you should reward your long term customers with atleast a lower fee for card payments and payment links. But all in all I do love the square app.
We use Square for a small business and we absolutely love it. It’s very quick. It’s easy to use. It’s easy to transfer money deposit money, withdraw money. The only downside Internet connection starting out. We did not have a hotspot once you get a hot hotspot Internet is not an issue. We will continue to use Square.
Why does square FORCE UPDATES that don’t communicate with other terminals aside from the fact the layout changes and not for the better?! Do you have people not in the actual industry creating this trash? Why do you NEVER take any of the suggested criticisms your clients tell you they need to make their operations better? This system was better 7 years ago Do better for your customers
Why am I being forced to update my phone for a service I don’t use? The app is now unusable, and I’ll be looking for a new payment processor.
I like square have been using for year but I think they should loan more or extend payments if you’ve been one like myself to receive multiple loans an pay them back the world is in a crunch for money right now an things are expensive then ever before..
Square representatives have to be the most unprofessional staff that I have came across. We were having trouble being able to take payments and they never have any information and they quite literally tell you to “find a new company” because there is “nothing that they can do”. I have the screen shots with those exact words used. I was not expecting this from square based on how many reviews they have. Switching to toast and will NEVER recommend anyone to use Square.

I use square very sparsely mainly because I like to avoid transaction fees however sometimes it is unavoidable. I had a customer requesting some of my construction services. He was out of state so I couldn’t have him tap so I did a manual entry. Fast forward to today and now I’m being told that the customer is disputing the transaction. Square pulled all the funds out of my savings account and told me they are “holding” the funds till the dispute is resolved. I’ve contacted customer support countless times and the conclusion that I’m gathering is that square is feigning responsibility. They have a questionnaire you have to fill out and you cannot fill it out without accepting to their terms which states “that I as a consumer cannot contest the final outcome of the dispute” I think that’s a way of washing their hands and ensuring they can’t get sued. Anyways all im waiting is a fair resolution to this and I haven’t gotten one so far.

基本的には使いやすいですが、領収書のフォーマットはなんとかならないのでしょうか？とりあえず字が小さくて見づらいです。年齢のいったお客さんが多い店だと皆さん見えないと思います。検索すると何年も前からそういった意見がネット上に散見されますが、いまだ対応してくれる気はないようです。
分からないことは丁寧に対応して頂いてかなり助かっています。 ただ、今回iPhoneをiOS26.4にアップデートしたら、タッチ決済が完了しなくなりした。リーダーでは出来るのでとりあえずそれで対応しています。 至急改善をお願いします！
