Had to pay twice. Chat gave me the wrong information and no refund even with a screenshot of the chat. Prepaid for my car and my husband’s car (we had to bring 2 kids at different times). The QR code didn’t work. I pulled over and asked the parkwhiz chat what to do. It said take a ticket and park. When you exit, push the help button on the kiosk and read your parkwhiz code to the person and they will let you out without having to pay again. Well, the person said we had to pay full price. $9 for each car in parkwhiz plus $24 each car at the kiosk. Filled out the form for refund/reimbursement 2 weeks ago and have gotten no response
I do see high rating for this app which implies it’s working flawlessly for others. Sadly for me, it doesn’t. The one parking lot where I need to park for my work always shows a full, while the online booking always gets done. Has been a frustrating experience.
This app sucks. I booked a reservation as I was graduating yesterday. When I arrived the venue was completely full and I had to make other arrangements. When I called the garage the attendant said Parking Whiz always does this and it's no good. People try to save money and end up paying more anyway. Luckily I found another garage down the block that had space. The worst part is that parking whiz does not provide refunds over the phone. You must submit an online request and wait 7-10 days for money that was instantly paid to them. Hugeeeee scam. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank.

I used to love this app but sometime in the past year or so, the search functionality for a specific venue/event has been broken. For example, if I am looking for event parking for a specific show that runs several nights at a single venue, if I type the name of the show, the keyboard is in the way of the end of the search results. I will happily update this review if this gets fixed. it did not used to be this way.
Keeps asking for a phone number verification code but I never record one and I don’t want to add a phone number to my account
I was charged extra without explanation and Parkwhiz refused to refund.
App does Absolutely nothing and is constantly saying server error on everything I do I have a parking pass and it won’t even show up. Can’t put my vehicle down or nothing completely useless app to have wouldn’t waste the time on it
This service is convenient when it works as expected. However, if anything goes wrong, customer service is virtually nonexistent. They simply do not respond to requests or provide meaningful support when issues arise.
This app is not accepted by the parking garages even with a confirmed. reservation. Lots were full when I arrived with a reservation and one lot scanned me in on the app but the next day told me I never had a reservation there. I had to pay full price to get my car back. Very expensive.
