Metropolis: Remarkable Parking

I registered my vehicle and registered my payment method and was still given a notice even though the app was clearly charging me. The app kept charging me for over 25 hours of parking.

Parking in a hotel lot and added rental car to my account but unable to update the visit with rental vehicle. Really frustrating loop in help center leading to no help!! Terrible customer service experience. Shocked this app has a 5.9 rating.

Park somewhere else i bet it will be cheaper

They charge me $300 a month for monthly parking in Chicago, and they overfill the garage. Whats the point of allowing monthly parking if you fill it with too many daily parking customers? Horrible business for customers.

I had an outstanding balance. I wanted to view the rate of the garage. The app doesn’t let you view rates until you pay the outstanding balance. No exit button, no back button. This is a dark pattern and the app should be removed from the App Store until it’s remedied.

Door access to parking garage missing at random times. Parked car not showing in application. Zero customer service, all FAQ, links or AI handled.

Waited for 20 minutes trying to get out of the El Paso airport. Got the same useless message over and over again. “Please pull forward to the exit and resend the code to pay”. I have an account set up with a credit card. This system is broken, I’ve never used such a broken parking system. Would give it zero stars if ai could. Plus it tracks your license place probably to sell your data. That’s the real business model.

metropolis is a GARBAGE company that scams people and REFUSES to give refunds. I have been incorrectly charged multiple times and they refuse to give me back my money, even though I had fully validated parking. I've seen kindergarteners better organized than this company.

My payment methods were changed without my knowledge. It updated to a new card before I had even received it.

No Stars. I purchased a parking subscription specifically because I work in Walnut Creek regularly, yet I was still charged because apparently my subscription only applied to one specific garage section while another nearby section was considered completely separate. The app/system is incredibly confusing and not clearly explained. On top of that, when I tried to pay the charge afterward, the app wouldn’t even process the payment properly. Parking should not be this stressful or complicated for employees just trying to get to work.
