I am getting plenty of job listings. I hope it pans out to be new work for me.
Looking for work. This app crashes constantly. Three times in the last hour, leading to this review. Server jobs - 2 that are 22 miles away and have been posted for more than 30 days. I visited the restaurants; neither are hiring and don't know why the ads are there. App information is outdated and depressing.
Maybe it’s the software engineer in me, but there are some app actions that are extremely frustrating and confusing like if you’re applying for a job and you tap exit or tap the back button, they both don’t take you to the previous page. Some people would get annoyed by that for sure having to start over again.
Glass door has sold out the employees that expect honesty from fellow employees by allowing companies to delete negative reviews essentially turning a pier reviewed platform into another app shilling our data for corporate reputation washing.
New AI update has made the app unusable for me. Terrible and not at all user friendly.
