So many ads that take over your screen, including some from questionable companies which tell you your phone is infected (tech support scams). You can get info out but the level of effort and annoyance is significant.
The app was extremely to use and I will recommend to anyone.
I had this app since 2022, it’s great at what it does it’s just the ads are super inconvenient.
For an app that supports a public service, this is a near-useless abomination. Continuous bombardment with advertising and a WEEKLY subscription for what should be free. WMATA you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Totally dominated by ads that take over the screen and Teel you the phone is infected. Absolute trash.
The bus schedule is hardly ever accurate. The app will say a bus is arriving in 3 minutes, and then u won’t see one for another 25. I’ve watched buses appear on the app while I’m waiting, disappear for 5 minutes, then drive right past my stop. Half the time I could’ve just walked to where I needed to go with the app and been accurate in the first place. There were also way too many ads and honestly, I refuse to pay ad free when it’s not even reliable in the first place.

Takes a while to load information due to ads
Need better updates QUICKER when train is sitting at stop during rush hour and more! Ugghh
I hardly ever leave reviews but this app unbelievably bad. The ads are so excessive it’s genuinely impossible to use in real time. And no, I will not be paying for ad free version because this information is literally free and easy to find online. There is absolutely no reason for it to be so ad ridden here. I’m in awe at the audacity.
