your app sucks. Can't even find my local restaurants then it locks up on the order for delivery page and I already had an account. Ridiculous!
Logging in isn’t a problem anymore but finding a location to use your app is ridiculous. I put in my address, I used my location and you still can’t find the nearest location. Deleting again until you fix the damn app.
Does not work and cannot get text messages
The app is great if you want to add anything to the order but it doesn’t let you delete items that you either don’t like or may be allergic to
The food is perfect the cook and server changed the app to alienate the entire county Denny is a precious commodity we cannot order again why? We want our money back for breaking code
Great Food Great service nice atmosphere
This app sucks! I had the absolute worse Dennys I’ve ever had a few nights ago not only was I unable to complain about it I’m not able to request a refund! If you ask me it’s ridiculous! Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back! DON’T USE THIS APP! order on DoorDash Or Uber at least then you’ll be able to complain and get most of your money back.
The latest update only allows me to order online for for pick up. It does not let me see my rewards anymore. It does not let me see the menu anymore. It’s terrible.
Renewed Sign in does not work. Password works on the website but not on the app. Likewise the phone number sign in with 6 digit code does not work. No more modifier fields on the dinner items (no gravy on steak). Absolutely terrible.
I don’t used to like many app for restaurants but this one I can’t complain got you some deals and discounts
The food is ok, but man there is always one issue or another at these places. From never having certain menu items available, severely under staffed, to computer issues all the time. This new app has no way of adding a missing purchases i.e. today their scanner wasn’t working so they couldn’t scan my app bar code, so no points! There is also no way to contact support or email in the app to get help. Maybe we’ll just start going to IHOP from now on.
Everytime I try to order, I tap the cart icon and it loads nonstop and I am unable to order
