For most units, 1 or 2 letters is enough to find the unit you want. Automatically saves units into a Favorites list. ----- As you type, the most likely units appear. Once you have selected a unit, the other unit is automatically restricted to the category of the current unit. At any time you can browse through the complete list of units available by tapping on the buttons to the right of the input fields. Advanced features include bookmarks and an integrated calculator. For many years this app has been on my phone, as my one and only conversion app. I am amazed at how many different units it has in it. I would have loved to have this conversion app back when I was doing my graduate research back in the 1990’s
I use this frequently to sort out weight, measure, distance, force, and energy nomenclature. It’s a good reference tool that’s always in reach.
This is a really good unit converter. Been using this for years and haven’t found anything I like better to this day. It has a vast amount of conversion options, and it allows you to make bookmarks for conversions you use frequently. You can also export those bookmarks and then import them back in if you need to reinstall app. I use this app everyday and it’s never let me down. It’s been very stable in MacOS Sequoia. My only wish is iCloud support for syncing of data so I don’t have to export and save the file manually, and so that data will sync between MacOS and iOS versions of the app.
Nice and simple app very friendly user interface, I’ve been using it for years without any problems.
Many great features in the paid version. E.g when looking for the conversion of Celsius to Fahrenheit, the converter automatically looks for Fahrenheit when typing in the number in Celsius.
I was looking for one that didn’t require payment and tracking and this one finally did the trick. After downloading and deleting several apps, this one is the most user friendly and non invasive.
My work in economics is constantly requiring me to convert data. I have used this app for well over ten years. In addition to economics I use this app when traveling for currencies. For physics and various other sciences. This app is very good for converting anything I’ve ever needed regardless of topic. I have used it for well over 15 years.
Works well but the ads drive me nuts
I good app to convert feet to meters.
I use it for converting metric units economy you name it distance etc. its very helful and useful also it helps you under the kelvin system evaporation etc. very very helpful being using it since 2016
Good unit conversion tool. It has every unit you can imagine, and you can create your own unit conversions. You can also bookmark units and organize them into folders if your wish. As great as this app is, its missing the ability to sync with iCloud which is super important, especially if you’re using the same app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
