I’ve had unknkwn vehicles adddd to my account and express pay. No one else has access to my account. Trying to contact someone with ParkMobile is impossible. It’s all AI driven replies. Scam and lazy customer service.
Local municipalities and parking decks have in many cases switched to ONLY take this app. The reservation process is very difficult, taking in circles as I try to reserve parking. I gave up trying to reserve and I guess take my chances when I get to the deck. Stuck with this, but no option right?
Sends scum marketing push notifications despite having turned them off in the app
Tried repeatedly to create an account, used cell number, used apple account, deleted and reinstalled app, powered off my phone - never received the code . so incredibly frustrating.
It truly should not take this many steps to pay for parking in the year of 2026. It’s just really outdated and clunky.
This is a prime example of how not everything requires an app. Pay meters somehow were a think prior to smartphones. When it comes to this app, I think the created was too flummoxed by what a meter even is. The interface is severely lacking and verification required my phone number and email. Why have a second option if you are just going to ask for both to use the app?
App hasn’t worked in months no matter how many times I update it. Can’t select a parking zone and proceed with payment, nor can I access the chatbot for assistance.
They over charged me and the app customer service kept closing sessions
I do not recommend this app. On vacation in a vehicle other than my normal vehicle (which is not an uncommon thing), paid for 2 hrs parking via ParkMobile, came back to a $50 parking violation. Cannot get a human on the ParkMobile customer service. ParkMobile used my home vehicle license plate instead of the vehicle that I was in causing all of this and now I have to spend time on vacation dealing with this. Avoid ParkMobile
Entering verification code does not work
The past year I’ve been using this app with no issues. Then they refused me today because I use cashapp Visa. It’s frustrating since I use it for work.
Keeps saying parking not started
