I’ve had this app for over 3 years. The first six months the app worked great. Then suddenly without question or warning. The app force logged me out. And would never be able to get past the initial loading screen. For two years. TWO YEARS. The app would fail to open constantly. Stuck endlessly loading. I attempted to lad the app for two hours one day. Nothing. Perfect connection to internet. WiFi and data. Nothing. Then less than a month ago I try again. The app finally loads. It has deleted my saved account and I can no longer log in. Requested help via email. Nothing. Great time. Really. Oh, and since I haven’t been able to get help and assistance, they have docked my insurance as well. I explained the situations but they claim it’s out of their power. Take this info how you see fit. They also don’t show how many people are complaining about it in time. Checked real time update and reviews. They filter and sort. Also recommending a help center that is all AI based is redundant. They just transfer to calls that have horrible wait times. Are we in good hands?

I have a 2008 Nissan pickup truck, and Allstate is charging me $900 for a 6-month policy with comprehensive coverage only. I think that’s extremely expensive. When I called and spoke with an agent, I was told the rate is high because the truck could cause more damage in an accident, which I’ve never heard as a reason for comprehensive coverage. For comparison, I received a quote from Progressive for the same comprehensive coverage at only $400 for 6 months. I’m trying to understand why there is such a significant difference in price.

I hate having to call and speak to an automated message before being connected to nothing. This app comes in handy.

Once you add cards to apple wallet, they do not have any way for you to remove them once they are expired etc. P I T A

Not sure if it was an update but as of mid May 2026 my iPhone 17 battery drains a percentage per minute while driving because of drive wise

ALLSTATE CUSTOMER REAR ENDED ME AND THESE PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND HOW EVERY DAMAGE IS CAUSED. I HAD TO PAY FOR PARTIAL DAMAGE OF MY NEW CAR. ONE IDIOT CALLED ME AND SAID HE IS AN EXPERT WITH 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, YET HE DONT KNOW HOW A UNIBODY CAR WORKS. DONT TRY TO CORRECT THEM THEY WONT ACCEPT. WHY WOULD ANYONE HIRE SUCH DUMB PEOPLE, I LOST MONEY FOR SOMEONE ELSES FAULT. IF YOU ARE REAR ENDED MAKE SURE U RECORD EVERY EVIDENCE BUT STILL THEY DENY YOUR CLAIM.

The all-state drivewise app is actionable and personalized for safe driving habits. It provides real life snapshots of safe driving techniques. It would be great if the company could use the information to lower premiums as opposed to giving a bonus for those who have shown a pattern of safe driving for a long time.
