It’s ok
Allstate is a great insurance company, I been using many different companies and their services are five stars 🌟
My husband used to drive for DoorDash and so we got the Ride share insurance bc it’s supposed to cover Dashers, well it doesn’t. We paid extra for years for absolutely nothing and wasn’t offered a refund of any kind. Then my transmission went out so I didn’t need insurance. I called back a month later with a new car and they said that they don’t offer insurance to me bc I didn’t have insurance already. She quoted me with another company for almost $300 a month. I called State Farm and my husband and I are insured full coverage more coverage for $127.00 a month. I’ll never call Allstate back again.
I like that everything is menu friendly and easy accessible and flowing!
Excellent service
Very user friendly
I’m in many different vehicles during the day as it’s part of my work. This app actually works against me. Trying to figure out when I’m driving my vehicle or I’m in another vehicle. Passenger or driver. The app also crashes and I’m logged off without my knowledge. Insurance is what it is . The app has big issues. 2 stars is for the insurance. The app gets no stars.

I have put in a review before and still stand by it. This app sucks the battery while I’m sleeping at night! IOS is up to date as well as the app. I have the most latest phone. The app last update was 3 weeks ago. When I go to sleep my phone is at 100% and I wake up at 80%. Please do something to fix this problem! My phone is saying Allstate used 11% more battery than the past days at 7::44am.
My only issue with drive wise is that it appears to give feedback around not using your device while driving. This makes good walking around sense unless you have a passenger (wife or kids) using your device while you drive. Again great feature but could use an update so that your rating is not impacted while your child or spouse is using your device while traveling.
It’s got easy to utilize the app.
