The app is actually really great but there is a flaw, I was scheduling and I had to back out for a min and it removed the available schedule time. I ended having to check the next day because I got distracted with something to see if it freed up sooner. And yes I get holding a time for someone but if they themselves can’t even retrieve the time then I can only imagine the my barber losing money on other instances. Square you should fix this. Also single tapping to input your birthday year is dumb. I’m kinda old. 😋

The search feature is awful

I'm enjoying convenience of Booking, set convenient date. Disappointed I'm wrestling with (my) learning curve. As get the hang of use. I'll endeavor provide that feedback also. 🇺🇸

Square simplifies booking appointments and makes it easy for you to find your appointments, dates,times,directions, addresses, and phone numbers all in one spot.

Just tapping rebook just automatically selects the available appointment without confirmation. Just not very friendly interface.
