You’ll never receive the medication. And the app will continue charge you membership fee if you don’t cancel it. Started using hers for 1-2 month. Since my treatment got approved, I saw apps keeps marking down the date i took the injection, as if I already received it, which I never did. When I asked customer service where’s my treatment , what I got is the treatment is from 3rd party pharmacy provider , and Him/Hers customer service is just robot chat , I requested a real person staff to help me trace where my medication , which they never did , the robot just responded me the same message , the shipment is by 3rd party provider, I should continue waiting for 3rd party send it out, Then I tried to Google the contact pharmacy provider , there’s no contact to online, and I have clue who can I reach out to ask when will the treatment send out

I would say it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received, but since they just chose not to respond to messages/ questions instead of trying to help, I didn’t really receive any service. Cancelled after they started sending shipments with no notification and refusing to reschedule them. Left my personal medical info on the front step for everyone to see and a box of needles for people to steal. Truly a horrible experience

When I saw the $149 price, I thought it was for the medication. It is not. That’s just to be a member. The prescriptions aren’t included, and they jump up in price if the dose they prescribe isn’t working for you and you need it to be increased.

Where do I start? Almost $200 down the drain and didn’t even receive any medication. This company is terrible and the name is hilarious considering they are not for women at ALL. The staff are condescending as well. Save yourself and your money.

It’s false advertisement nobody get this. They said it was $39 for the first dose then 149 for all the other doses but when I went to the pharmacy go pick it up they’re charging me $600.

I’m using GLP1s through hers. The drugs are great and helpful, but the support hers claims you get is non existent. The app sends me messages to “check in” by answering some questions - that worked once and never has since. There appears to be no one but a robot answering the chat. It tells me it will get someone to help but that has never resulted in anything. Also, most of the app is an advertisement, not a lot of support there at all.

It’s unreliable, all you’ll end up with are numerous charges on you card. No refunds. Be prepared to change card soon!

The app is $150 a month NOT including any actual medical care or medications. Despite canceling and closing my account, I’ve continued to be charged. Had to lodge a complaint with my bank and freeze my card as there are no people to actually speak to when there are issues. Hers has attempted to charge my account multiple times and their “support” is to follow the steps to cancel… which I’ve done. Genuinely have no idea how to stop them from charging you if your account shows no subscriptions and you’ve followed the steps to close your account. Unfortunately, the only thing that worked was turning off the card Apple has on file, which means other apps can’t update and you cannot download any additional apps. Incredibly frustrating.

Awful customer support and impossible to talk to an actual human being about your subscriptions. Despicable customer service, and they ended up charging me for things I never signed up for. Extremely disappointed

Yall these Mf’ers scammed me out of $39 ! If ur looking for the medication u have to become a member first and then pay for the medication! If you’re approved . But they won’t refund ur money back even if u change your mind. I didn’t even use the service and they denied my refund. NOBODY WANTS TO BE A FRIGGIN MEMEBER we just want the medication. Bump it I rather exercise and eat right . Discipline myself because taking this medication u will have no discipline and as soon as u stop taking it u will gain ur weight back within weeks because I didn’t put in the work to b thinner. Dnt waste your time with this company. KEEP UR $39 ! I have been warned
