Wish I could open the app but instantly crashes now. And every comment about it gets the same AI generated response. Smh
I read a lot about this and thought it was legit. I was trying to get a better price for Wegoby. I paid the subscription and now I got charged $149, for something and never got. There is no number or email to write to, and no way to track anything. It’s the biggest scam I have seen. I just can’t believe Apple will let them promote it in here.
My prescription was expected to be shipped on the 1st of the month, but the status has remained “being filled at pharmacy” with no meaningful update. At this point, it’s impacting my ability to stay on schedule, and I’ve received little to no helpful communication. I’d like a prompt explanation and an expedited solution. I’m not satisfied with the fulfillment process or the lack of transparency.

Everything about this company is a complete scam. They will steal your money even after you cancel you subscriptions.
If anything, they will make your mental health or whatever problem you have much worse. Should not be allowed to help with mental health. They are not to be trusted. If there is a problem do not expect help. There will be problems and support will give you nothing but nonsense. Save your money for a legit doctor. THIS IS A SCAM
They will charge you for pills, once you cancel these pill they will still charge you because “the support team” wasn’t canceled with the pill. Bad scheme to collect double the money off you even when you don’t take the pill anymore. So if you stop taking a pill make sure to cancel the treatment plan as well or that’s $150

Waiting for tadafile prescription
You don’t mind waiting weeks for a delivery. Going without is par for the course with them. I deal with extremely late deliveries. Frustrating customer service every interaction takes a day at least. Payment issue don’t worry you can try again tomorrow. Then wait an additional day to see if you’ve correctly adjusted the issue I’m a very patient person and I’m pulling my hair out with these guys on a daily basis. I’ve started looking for a replacement. I’m done. The last shipment took so long the next shipment was due before I got it. No fear that one will take weeks to process and ship then maybe you’ll get it. Maybe
The lack of transparency and complete absence of customer service this company hides behind is infuriating
I love the customer support and the product quality itself - however both the website and app are not intuitive and are consistently broken and displaying subscriptions that were cancelled pre-COVID
