- one I’d say is that whenever I go to look up cards by grade, or by grade companies, sometimes it’ll have the PSA version but won’t give me an option to BGS for the same card. - second, if I look up the PSA 9 cert number of a card it comes up, but if I want to look up the same card in a PSA 10 version I go to click on the “10’s” and it will won’t allow me to look at sales.

fix your navigation bug from the pop screen!!! When you click on a sale from within the pop screen, it doesn't take you to that sale, it sends you back to the previous sale you were looking at from where you clicked the pop (profile). It is insane that this bug still hasn't been fixed!

Why do I pay for something that’s got a worse search and less robust sales log than free apps??

Doesn’t open full screen on iPad, can’t easily import collection from PSA vault, can’t add more then 1 card at a time to folders

For those of us that use public WiFi at card shows with VPNs, we are now restricted from using the essential tool. Digital security when dealing with funds across banks accounts, Zelle, Venmo, etc at card shows is paramount, and there’s no way to comp with cardladder without disabling your VPN now.

If you don’t pay the app doesn’t work. You can’t search anything or track anything

Everything g was great with a few kinks, I do not like there estimates or the way they value your collection should only be based on last sold. I had received a new bank card I was auto renew for pro. Never updated card. So my account is basic , however, I made that payment, been pro again for 2 weeks plus but you have not changed my account back. I’ve deleted the app all stuff I’m able to do on my end. And they’re impossible to get a hold of

Interface was difficult enough to use that I cancelled the free trial - waste of my time. It’s exceptionally and unnecessarily difficult to add cards to collection. For example, you have to have a purchase price to add the card to the collection. Why is this a requirement?? Makes no logical sense.
