Requires every piece of info you could imagine. Extremely difficult to verify tickets. Slow and overcomplicated - tickets should just be accessible through QR codes like any other event.
The app has an error. I called mlb and spent 4 hours so I can not use it.
Doesn’t allow for autofill, the two factor authentication is terrible and locks you out, asked a hundred times to get into it through my email. Because of all this couldn’t transfer tickets to friends who were coming later. With ticket prices skyrocketing you would think MLB could have an app for the 21st century .
Informative and user friendly app.
Tickets won’t open as it tries to connect to Ticketmaster. TM sucks as and is likely the problem. So don’t let your app, MLB, interact with TM.

won’t let me sign in although i’ve reset my password multiple times now.. then it says it’s sending me a reset email- still nothing. over $100 wasted here! very upset.
The app is not intuitive- poorly programmed!
I purchased concert tickets and went to sell them due to a change in plans. Purchasing the tickets was straightforward and easy but selling them is not. I reached out for customer support and requested a call, they emailed instructions that did not work.
