Wonder: Food Delivery

Can’t order food for pickup with this app update.

Consistently Wonder fails to deliver food on time. Coordination with Restaurants, Partnerships with Grubhub and app is lacking. Hopefully they improve over time.

First order was okay, second order took over two hours and customer service was bad. Do not recommend.

Got a flyer for this, first off the QR code on the flyer was broken so I had to manually look it up on the App Store. Then after I downloaded it the thing wouldn’t let me log in even after I made an account. It refused the password I made and then the codes it sent to my phone didn’t work. So one star since I couldn’t get the stupid thing to even log in.

Great selection of food and restaurants! However when I actually placed an order, communicating with the driver isn't available, and anything you need to change, like delivery instructions, or other things, is texted with customer service, and turns out, they cant even change it for you. Also they seem so lenient with discount codes, but when i go to actually use one, it tells me that the promo is unavailable for this order.. hmm

This is how good the food and service is

Ordered from them a handful of times and every time it’s been awful . The first two times they didn’t deliver my food . Third time the driver left my food on the ground and by the time I got to it, it had ants crawling into the box . I asked Wonder why the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions and they told me they can’t make the driver follow them . I’m disabled smh . So then what is the point of having them available ? Just ridiculous. Today was it for me . I paid for my food and waited and guess what the restaurant never received my order . I’ll just stick to door dash less of a headache and more reliable.

A company build to deliver high quality food for delivery! Brilliant!

Absolutely zero customer service. If you need help you are SOL.

So happy that there are lots of food choices from different restaurants. We can eat together even if we have different food cravings! I tried the Lime salt, I love their Adobo steak 🥰

This is a deceitful business with premade food that appears fresh. Any food that is similar across different restaurants is the same thing. It is inconsistent and super overpriced. Cutting costs with Sysco-like mass produced ingredients and recipes. The quality of the food is bare minimum made by careless cooks. Sometimes it is equivalent to slightly reheating rubbery chicken skewers. Another bad addition to the monopolized delivery apps.

App didn’t apply all items to order. I immediately pressed the “modify order items” button which kicked me out to an iMessages chat where I was told I could not modify the order items. Why even have that option if you can’t actually modify the order? Why waste 5 minutes of my time?
