Spark Driver

Hard to find important info, I can’t download anything about my work history or check other important stuff that is directly related to me as worker, it is limited only to their side of the functions such as orders received, fulfilled and cancelled and metrics. I wish there were way more and better functions to consult many more info and were downloadable. If I need any work history to show to somewhere all I can do is screenshots so far and not everyone accepts that a proof, this creates massive difficulty

Spark has gone downhill since the Instacart exec took over. Too many drivers.. nothing is being done about drivers using Bot Grabbers. Offers are becoming ridiculous. Low pay, high miles. Shopping for 3 customers. Having to go thru an AI bot to get driver support. This used to be an app worth my time. Not so much anymore

La aplicación necesita corregir dos problemas críticos: 1) El radio de asignación satura la pantalla con ofertas lejanas e inviables de otros Walmart. 2) Para eliminar el fraude de cuentas falsas y bots, implementen validación de cámara por hardware (evita inyección de rostros), restrinjan los permisos de accesibilidad contra auto-clickers y bloqueen el falseo de GPS. ¡Protejan al conductor legítimo!

I have been sparking for good half a year and from the time that I started making 500 every week I am making $100-$200 every week. Used to for 30 miles of a trip I get $30 and 25 if it will be for my trip. Now I’m only getting $10-$15 per trip and the rest is on Tips that has to wait 24 hours for the customer to confirm and it cleared to my balance. Not to mention for the shopping, I have to shop for 73 items for one person with all that time taking an hour the longer distance of the trip. I don’t get Jack for my time and work. This is ridiculous. I used to make good money doing the same thing that I’m doing now and I’m in a location that has five Walmart and one Sam’s Club yet since the time of me starting to the time of me doing it now I’m making less and less to justify the means of working. I’m not the only one who’s been dealing with this too. There are thousands of spark drivers on Facebook groups that I’m in that are angry and fed up. All because we are 1099 workers and not classified as workers of Walmart being the delivery drivers we aren’t treated as equal and basically working as slaves to accompany that should pay us are just wages to earn a living and actually be able to maintain our vehicles not to mention we have to cover our own vehicles. We don’t get nothing from them because we are 1099 workers. It is a spit in the face to the working class taking us for granted.

This app sucks. Trying to do the background info to get approved I backed out of the page not knowing I couldn’t do that and no w I’m locked out from even being able to finish the application process. This happened to me once before in Nov but I had accidentally type my dl number wrong so the background process didn’t go through that time either. Called the spark customer support no one would help me at all. This SUCKS

its amazing to you can see walmart store map and where is located items in the app but its sending offer 30miles far away from me which is i rejected 5 times and still sending me same offer. Making so confuse
