It’s easy money but they will short you money per route. They will say you get paid 144 and when you done they may only pay you 140.

Beware! I had to return to every single delivery sometimes twice to take the pictures again and confirm. They claimed every single delivery was not delivered. The app does not work most of the time.

First time working with Veho and I had a great experience. Everything was very organized, the app was easy to use, and all the packages were simple to deliver. My first day went smoothly and I’m looking forward to doing more deliveries with them!

Before I explain my rating, I will say I loved my job delivering packages. I was recently hired to work for this company, and on my third delivery my license was flagged. At the time that my license was flagged, the company deducted my on time rate by 33% (even though I was on time and it was a system’s issue that was the cause). The week prior to that I showed up for a route and was dropped from the route prematurely and my on time metrics were deducted 33% at that time as well. My perfect rating had tanked to 66% at this point. Well, I wanted to see whether or not the system would allow me to accept a route after these two attempts, and i was successfully. I immediately cancelled the route, more than 90 minutes remained for the route to go live, and my metrics were dropped to 50% at that point. Fast forward to yesterday, I accepted another route, arrived 10-15 min prior to my route going live to see if I take the route. Mind you, the app allowed me to check in for the route and even get to the screen necessary for you to start scanning packages. I was emailing support until late in the afternoon for assistance…..CRICKETS. I started the route late and midway through the route ended up with a flat tire, which put me behind two hours. I informed support of all of this, even sent receipts and screenshots. Around 11pm, I inquired about returning the remaining packages. Do you know what support did? Gave me instructions to go to the wrong location at 1130 or so to return the packages. I did so, and it was the wrong location. I kept telling support that I was in the wrong location, and then they sent me to the main warehouse to return the packages. I was like “I don’t think they are open.” Support stated confidently, “Oh, we verified that they are open. You can go there and you will be assisted with the return.” I arrive and the warehouse is closed, and NONE of the packages have been returned. So support told me to turn them in this morning NLT 10am. By this point, it was close to 1 to 115 in the morning. I was exhausted, hadn’t eaten, and had been away from my family all day and night because I was dedicated to ensuring that I completed these deliveries. So, this morning, I got up, drove over an hour to the delivery location and finished my route (and on time). As soon as I closed out the delivery; do you know Veho thanked me? They fired me. Mind you, the last three routes that I accepted, arrived on time to work, successfully checked in as the rules state that we all must do, the company thanks me by not only deducting my metrics EACH TIME, and NOT trying to fix the system’s issue with my driver’s license. Support refused to help, Nicole (Senior Coordinator) did NOTHING to assist, but I was welcomed with my job being taken from me. I am a disabled military veteran and relied on those checks for certain things, and now that income is gone. If you have additional options as far as a side hustle, please take it, because this company DOES NOT take care of their drivers (even though they are the FACE of the company). If you are a Veteran, we have enough experience and training that we can use our efforts elsewhere versus for a company that doesn’t appreciate what we bring to the table. It’s one thing for me volunteering to sacrifice for my country, at least I get something out of that. Not so much with Veho.

Excellent experience

I am a college student. The Flexibility through Veho allows me to manage my busy life while earning extra money! Down sides: The gigs should pay an average of 30-31 per hour. It pays and averages of 20 or less per hour. Veho has a hard time filling the demand because of the low pay. My thoughts: With a solid pay structure Veho would attract dependable drivers to commit to the routes as they appear rather than waiting until the last possible minute to raise prices for the routes. Start with a fair rate and only raise prices above the fair wage on holidays. Holidays should have a surcharge. A bonus should be applied on those days. People need products the day of holidays. By offering above the fair market value you are guaranteed to create a profitable margin for your revenue and well as the drivers. I 100% believe that Veho can be great for the customers, drivers while creating a business that will flourish financially for everyone involved. I hope new drivers will consider giving Veho the dedication it deserves.
