Freezes too often while utilizing the app

My Upwork account was permanently suspended after a verification issue that I never received an explanation for. I followed every instruction the site gave, and waited- only to be told my account was closed with no meaningful details about what went wrong. When I tried to resolve this I could not reach a human. The only option was a chat bot, which repeated the same response over and over again and never escalated my case. I repeatedly typed requests to speak with an agent and to escalate to Trust and Safety, but the bot kept sending generic troubleshooting steps and links that led nowhere. After days of back-and-forth with automated system I still have access to my account, no clear reason for the suspension, and no human review. This response cost me time, income and trust. Upwork’s verification process and customer support are broken: automated systems are allowed to make permanent account decisions without any real oversight or a reliable appeals path. If you value fair review and the ability to speak to a real person about account issues, DO NOT RELY ON UPWORK.

I love Upwork. I just wish they had more consistent opportunities for me to take advantage of.

I was wondering if someone ever has received an offer from any of the companies. There are so many people that actually send you a message and you never heard back. People that schedule an interview and later ignores you. That sucks . This platform sucks and most people want to pay the less for the best

Just downloaded this app and have to face a Woke opening screen. I thought corporate America disgorged that sickness? How about MERIT (and no more focus on gender, skin color, nose rings). We’re exhausted by some corporate nannie lecturing us (I’m a person of color, and I detest this. It does me and everyone else immense harm. Everyone believes we need a “hand up,” instead of simply being qualified in our own right).

I’ve had this app for years and it keeps logging me out every few days! I miss messages all the time now! Please fix it

I don’t know if I’m the only one seeing it but the platform is crawling with bots. A lot of fake job post with no aim of hiring. I’m not sure if it’s the platform doing this in other for people to spend more connects

I downloaded the app because of the convenience if I needed to use it while on the go. It’s much easier to just login using my browser than the app itself. The app will freeze constantly or stop scrolling every end of times.

why cannot their app just keep me logged in? everytime I have to use it I have log in which is a pain
