Major hassle
The location we often use with this app is MARC BWI Station Garage where you pull a paper ticket from the gate. When it’s time to check out and pay, you can’t just open this app and get a camera to scan the bar code! Each and every time you have to go to the kiosk and scan the QR code on the wall with a regular camera on your phone. Add a Pay Now button that triggers a camera. And while you’re at it, add location services and let users save favorites. Then they can tap a favorite, pay now, done!
I am new to the area. I have to commute to the city. I thought I was not gonna find a parking spot. This is easy first come first serve.
The app is useless. Just login thru the website. The app won’t seem to let you change the default time and it keeps rejecting payment anyway
App doesn’t work most of the time
Super easy to use! Finds your location, find your parking lot, has your license plate, has your payment method!!! it’s like four taps in your iPhone and you’re done!!! “ 10 out of 10”!!
It was a great app. Now every time I open it and try to park I get an error message. I have to scan the barcode where I’m trying to park instead of using the app.
Does not work. Can’t get past the rules page. Does not accept the “OK”.
I think the app is done very user friendly, and obviously the parking spots are premium spots.
Definitely the easiest parking app to use. It remembers the last parking area and you can pay directly through apple pay.
