The app gives me an error 95% of the time when I try pick a parking garage and I have to use the website instead.
I never have a problem with the app. It’s reliable wherever I use it.
The app is easy to navigate. The parking garage is clean and safe.
Kept giving errors. Would not let me log in even though I could on desktop.
Why? This is either scam or stupid.
Tried to pay for parking and keep getting An error has occurred, try again later. Called support. Useless
Can’t sign in to account.
When trying to select any parking lot, the app just says “Error occurred”. I tried contacting customer service. The only option is to call and it goes to voicemail.
