Everytime i order i declines my card when i use uber and doordash, no problem, same card
Every time I open the app, I get interrupted with a request to provide feedback on previous orders. Stop! Let me place the new order that I want.
Will place order without your consent. Or verification that your order is placed.
It’s ridiculous now what I loose all the rewards I’ve been saving
Making people upgrade to the iOS version 17…. What about those of us that have older phones?!?!
Just because the app says you have rewards doesn’t mean the restaurant will accept it. NO IDEA why they would include restaurants on my rewards list if the restaurant doesn’t take it other than just making Toast look more accepted than they actually ARE. I had a $20 reward, the restaurant scanned the app even though the server was unfamiliar with the app, the bill went from $20 to $0 and we were both like, “oh great! It worked”. Then the next day, I had a $20 charge on my card. This happened a couple of times.
I have an Apple IPhone 7. 16IOS. It is not broke so I refuse to upgrade. Now I cannot order Giovanni’s Pizza. Give us an option of apps old and new.
Every time you open the Toast app you have to dismiss a pathetic prompt to review your last order. All for some myopic dolt at the company to force a new & self-sabotaging metric that destroys the brand. Toast is spamming push notifications that I did not opt in to, and there is no way to opt out, so notifications are now disabled through the OS (zero controls within the app). I want: “Your order is ready.” Not ever: “How was [restaurant]?” But it’s spammed every time I make a purchase. The app is going downhill, and it’s a shame because I used to like & recommend the app. Now I avoid this app and will uninstall it if the company doesn’t balance its interests with the bare minimum of end-user controls.
Trying to make a reservation and I am trapped in a horrible hell-loop where the app continues to ask me to edit my profile to book a table. My info is correct. If I edit, I have to go back to the start. If I cancel and don’t choose to edit, the process stalls out (click the button to confirm and nothing happens). I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Tried on the web and not the app. Tried as a guest and with my account. Nothing works. I can’t imagine a worse experience. If this is designed for torture, well done. Would give zero stars if it would let me.
Have to sign in to toast on Google in order to place an order because this incompetent app doesn’t show the store I want. Ridiculous
