With Avigilon Alta Open, your phone is your key. Avigilon Alta Open allows users to quickly and securely unlock a door connected to the Avigilon Alta Access Control system with their smartphone. The easy-to-use mobile app finds nearby Avigilon Alta-connected readers, and lets you unlock the door with a single wave or tap. ACCESS FEATURES Avigilon Alta makes it easy to unlock the door, your way. - Touchless Wave to Unlock: wave your hand or phone in front of the reader to unlock the door - Mobile Badge: use your ID badge to sign in for all Avigilon Alta-connected organizations - Favorites: save your frequently used entries for quick access - Activity Log: view your access history right in the app - Single Login: Easily switch between Avigilon Alta-connected organizations without logging out - Remote Unlock: authorized users can unlock any door, from anywhere - Flexible access methods: unlock via Apple Watch, tablet app, or mobile app DIGITAL GUEST PASS Create and customize guest passes for visitors right in the app. Send the digital Cloud Key credentials via email or SMS, and guests can unlock the door right from their phone. REMOTE FEATURES Advanced security, accessed from anywhere. Authorized users can remotely unlock any door, create and send digital Guest Passes, and activate pre-configured system Lockdown plans in the event of an emergency, all from the app. Authorized users are determined by the system administrator. HOW IT WORKS - The application works only with the Avigilon Alta Access Control system. - Certain features, such as Mobile Badge and Lockdown, are enabled at the discretion of the organization administrator. - We leverage Bluetooth low energy, Wi-Fi and LTE capabilities, as well as location services to ensure the best door opening experience possible. - To ensure you are authorized as a user of your company’s Avigilon Alta Access Control system, please contact your administrator, who will check to see that your email address has been added and will send you links to enable your application to be authorized and credentialed. Why should I have to share my location constantly?
It has been 2 years since I live in the apartment complex which uses Alta Open. For public doors it works 5 out of 5, for door in my apartment it DOESN’T work at all. I tried different technics, and then I fed up and start taking my keys with me. Which I of course use for public doors as well, so this app doesn’t make sense on my phone. I do not know why it couldn’t have been fixed during all this time.
Easy and conventional provides an easy access without the worry of keys and door locks
Muy regular en mi edificio pusieron este sistema hace 2 o 3 años y en ciertas puertas funciona muy bien pero en otras simplemente no funciona. En unas le funciona bien a mi esposa y a mí no y en otras es l revés
Worse app ever, rarely works
Add Siri Shortcut capabilities. I want to be able to say, “hey siri, open gate”
0 stars if I could. Constantly fails to open doors. Fails to use Bluetooth properly or even present the option to enable Bluetooth. Has left me stuck in elevators despite having worked minutes before. Sensors constantly open Apple wallet instead of Alta preventing access. Possibly the worst security app I’ve ever used
Dark mode! I blind myself every time I open the app at night while driving to open the garage.
Found to have been selling location data to third parties without authorization.
Please add the ability to rotate the app with your device. And please add iPad split screen availability. Then you’ll get a 5 star
