I’m a regular customer who uses the computer most of the time. I log and order usual items n my iPhone and I keep getting press to hold and prove I am human. 7 times to finish an order. Not using a VPN, my usual area. Get your app together, it’s costing you money. I had more to order.
We love using the app to order and use curb pickup. It saves time and fewer impulse items!
Really nice to have a new Total Wine in our area (about 20 minutes away) so we can browse and purchase in the app, and pick up at our convenience. A wide selection of all kinds including non-alcoholic wines and spirits.

Super easy in the staff at the store always has everything ready quickly and are always very friendly.
Nice selection. Wish they handled allocated bourbon better however.

Prices might be on the high side but I find everything I need in one place and I love it . It’s clean inside and great service . Also very easy for to do a pick up order
