Never let me remove the bike from the station and still charged me! NEVER use indigo bikes unless you want to be stranded and charged for nothing

First off they force you to use real number. I rarely do for privacy reasons then the force you to use credit card. Data harvesting nonsense when Apple Pay is right there. Only used because a friend insisted but I’ll be bringing my own bikes from now on.and electric bikes ARENT ELECTRIC. RIP off. YOU HAVE TO PETAL. When you go to ask why membership is charged for a single ride customer reps are combative and already ready to dispute you. Scammers.

Indeho offers no single-ride option, only pricey 1/2 and full day. But buried in the first d print is the fact that e-bikes (the only kind they have at every dock I found in downtown Philly are an EXTRA .30/*MINUTE*. So if you want to go anywhere, be ready to get charged a buck to wait at a traffic light. I never thought I’d pine for the DC Limebikes, but they’re a bargain compared to this nonsense. That said, once I realized they were actually underwritten by a massive and rapacious health care conglomerate, it does makes their punitive pricing and lousy options make a ton of sense. Anyway, good news for the subway, I guess? No bike rides in Philly for me!

Wouldn’t let me end my ride and then when i was trying to report the issue the app wouldn’t allow me to send a report.

Great quality bikes but low quality app. Took 4 stations before I found one with an available dock, despite the map showing availability. Ended up being slower than walking.

This app is so absurdly bad that it makes me want to take an uber to get home in the time it takes to figure out how to login and renew a pass

People here complain about anything. App is very stable and you can always get a classic or e bike when needed or wherever in center city and surrounding areas. Just realize that some amount of classic bikes have broken shifters and some e bikes don’t have stated amount of batteries. But for $20 a month (1 hr unlimited classic rentals) what more do you want to ask for.

I've been using Indego for over a year now, and they charged me a $500 fee over docking my bike partially. I could not dock it fully as there was snow/ice frozen over the bike station. The customer service is usually understanding, but clearly not this time. Additionally, most days the Ebikes have very little to no charge, and you'll be lucky to find a station to dock your bike when you get to your destination. Their quality of services has seriously been going down. Happy to say that I won't be using Indego again. Tldr: AVOID THEM IF YOU DONT WANT RANDOM FEES CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

If you want to bike in Philadelphia this is the only game in town. And you can tell it has no competition because of the poor condition of the bikes. There is an annoying button that you have to press to turn on the e-bike, it is not automatic when you pedal. A couple of my bikes would never turn on or only for a short time. You have to push this button also to see how much charge before you select the bike there is no continuous display and you can’t tell in the app. For sure this is the most expensive e-bike I have ever ridden at $0.30 a minute, or even with a “day” pass you pay 0.20 a minute AND if you are just sightseeing then over an hour you get extra fees on top of that. Ultimately our few logout sightseeing having to swap out several bikes with a day pass cost over $50 PER rider. Philadelphia needs some competition on e-bikes If you want to bike use the standard bikes. A day pass is $25 as long as you swap it out every hour then $15 is the cost.
