Small portions and the food goes bad in faster than a week. Impossible to cancel even 5 days before the box is prepped and sent.

Scammiest site. Constant popups. Trying to trick you into addons. A new customer is just trying to understand what’s happening. Feels so scammy. Delete Account button covered by bottom navigation menu. Untrustworthy

Is so funny their website are not allowing their users to choose what or which coupon they want to use. So they force you to used what on the first one first. And it unstuck-able. Can’t even choose to use my gift card balance. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS.

I strongly advise against using this service. My experience has been incredibly frustrating due to their predatory business practices and poor food quality. First, it is intentionally difficult to cancel a subscription once you sign up, and they make it impossible to simply delete your payment card information from their system. Furthermore, I requested a refund for an order that hadn't even started being prepared yet, and they flatly refused. To make matters worse, the food quality is very poor—the chicken, in particular, does not taste natural at all. Save your time and money and use a different service.

Worst app ever - I was on a vacation and had paused my meals for few weeks then forgot to pause again. They ordered some random meals automatically I dont even eat beef and shrimps. I always order just chicken. Even if you are ordering automatically then you should either repeat last order or ask user for a preferred preference no matter how much we try to remember we will forget to unpause and customer care was not very helpful at all. Got charged 150 for it. Delete my account never coming back to this app again.

I canceled my subscription after repeatedly being charged for deliveries I had already skipped in the app. Customer service’s response was essentially that their system didn’t show the skips, so they wouldn’t refund me. Whether this is a technical issue or not, customers shouldn’t have to pay for orders they genuinely believed they had canceled. This experience cost me money and left me with no confidence in the service.

They did not honor my request to cancel services even though I was within my cutoff deadline. After several attempts to get in touch with an actual person, I got stuck in circles with their chatbot which was absolutely useless. I didn’t even pick the meals they sent in my second box which left me with foods I was allergic to. Absolutely useless to me and I’m out over $100. The meals I did get to pick last week were terribly bland. They looked halfway decent, but the taste did not match at all. Stay away from this company.

Three deliveries. One was fine, another was a day late, and the last one never arrived. Customer service was little to no help. I do not recommend this service.

Really don’t appreciate their discount structure they built everything around to take advantage of the customer. The stupid unuseable referral discounts, unuseable credits for broken boxes and compromised foods, the coaching discounts and limitations. As soon as they’re done playing pricing games with me I’m moving on to a local food prep company with simple fee structure not this mess cooked up by a greedy MBA student

Canceled subscription, every time you open the app apparently it’s re applies your subscription. Got a surprise box and surprise hit to my bank account. Nice job. Plus meals were ok and a little overpriced

Charged card weeks after cancellation

Really poor customer service. No flexibility, no empathy. Over my time, the food quality decreased and I was only on it for a few months. Really poor experience in the end. Highly recommend checking out any other company and not falling for the mainstream hype.
