I love this place it’s so good
I always enjoy visiting Chicken Salad Chick for that Classic Carol and a pickle, and grape salad with a handful of captain wafers with black pepper……. Lots black pepper. That makes it sweeter for the eater 😋
CSC has gone downhill which is so disappointing. This is the second time the app allowed me to order pickup from a Specific store - ran my card then when we drive 30 minutes to get there - the store is “temporarily closed.” No notice text email or even vm that store is closed randomly so don’t bother. I’m now initiating another Charge back. I give up.
Yum! Hate to leave a short review, but every variety has been delicious!
The app is confusing and it wont let me put in my address. After a while I finally did it but please make your app more simple.
Not only is the food delicious, the staff is wonderful! Friendly, polite, and helpful with me getting this app.

The single worst App for any popular chain in the US. Want to login to save your credit card and order history? Nope. Sorry. Password not recognized. Reset your password so you can login? Nope. Sorry. Password not recognized. Okay maybe you don’t need to login. You just want to put in an online order for pickup. Want to use Apple Pay? Nope. Sorry. Not available. Okay well maybe just input your credit card instead. Nope. Sorry. The line for your card number doesn’t allow you to tap and enter in Your card information. The food is great but this app is unapologetically bad. Been waiting for months for it to get better and it’s is still awful.
First time to this one employees were very pleasant even though I showed up early for my online order The food was very good and I enjoyed the fruit salad. I will be going back.
They no longer offer a green salad. Only bread or other high calorie options. What a major miss! Went to Jersey Mikes instead to get a sub in a tub

Went there tonight for the 1st time and it was very good and I definitely will be going back . Very nice place and the service was also good. The broccoli salad is a very good and also the broccoli and cheddar cheese soup was very good..
