The Informed Delivery® Mobile application allows you to start your mornings with a preview of your day’s USPS mail and packages. This free app let's you see photos of your mail before it arrives and receive USPS tracking updates. You can use the app to: • Create your account or sign-in with an existing account. • Get daily digest notifications to preview your mail and packages scheduled to arrive soon. • See grayscale images of your mail before it arrives*. Images are of the exterior, address side only of letter sized mail. • Interact with mailer-provided digital content associated with your mail (e.g. - special offers, related links). • Scan eligible tracking numbers or label barcodes to track the status of your inbound or outbound USPS packages. • Get delivery status updates directly to your smartphone. *Images are only provided for letter-sized mailpieces that are processed through USPS’s automated equipment. Mail and packages may not arrive the same day you get a notification – please allow several days for delivery.

Does not deliver when said it would
The app now requires me to login everyday? I also ticked ‘remember me’ and it logs me out daily. Please fix!
great interface! however the moment i close the app it logs me out, so im not able to get notifications about deliveries. i hope this gets fixed soon
I have had Informed Delivery for awhile now. What happened to the feature where you could mark an item as not delivered? Twice last week items were shown that did not arrive. Yesterday, the one item shown did not arrive, but something that was never shown arrived. And suddenly I get a message that “one or more item is not shown”? The whole point of this service is to see what is arriving!
Repeatedly and constantly signs you out every time, even it you tell it to remember you and this device. And after putting in your login info, it asks to verify through your phone, Every, Time. EVERY, TIME!
The app is very easy to use and tells me exactly what mail is coming and when. The problem is no one told the local post offices or the letter carriers because I have never, not even once, received my “Delivered Today” mail even a week after being notified by the app. Great idea ruined by poor delivery and service.
This app version is much nicer and operates in a much nicer way compared to the older one. One thing that is missing from the prior app is a direct way to report missing/stolen mail from the envelop image page.
This has been absolutely useless to me. I get pictures of Mail that’s supposed to be delivered and they’re not there so I don’t know what’s going on, but I got tired of wasting my time looking at it and it’s taken up space in my email I’ve been trying to delete it for weeks and I can’t seem to find a way to cancel the dang thing. If anybody knows how to delete the damn thing, please let us know or ask the USPS to put instructions on how to cancel the app.
APPS NOT WORKING ,AND PLEASE IF SENDING A PACKAGE MAKE SURE TO TAKE A PICTURE WITH IT!
When I login it gives me 10 seconds to get the code. Even when I get the code on time and put it in, it cycles out and blocks me
