I am really struggling with this home Internet. Figure out why it’s not supporting anything. I was told last week they were sending me a booster. Found out this week. She never then entered it in to be sent. I was told last night it will be here by Friday. I’m just not sure why this doesn’t work.
I’m trying to pause the Internet on a device and it works sometimes and other times it doesn’t
I’ve had this Verizon Fios system for 5 years. It worked fine until we had a power outage. Verizon tech Sharron got it working again. Now it’s time to update he says. We’ll See if we can get back to 5 stars, eh?
I signed up for Fios with the understanding they would answer the phone within minutes and not be offshored to some country where not only can you not understand them but they are not trained well. Subbed out call center !!! I will no doubt cancel.
Junk - Slow, inaccurate data inconsistent. Troubleshooting puts you in a loop with no real solutions or support. This is basically a shell with no working parts inside. Best of luck.
Because I feel it in the service. A mother knows how to care for her people and Verizon does it so well
I have switched to Verizon for both home & mobile. I am provided another service for only $50 per month required as part of my rent, tried it, dropped my Verizon internet & very quickly picked it back up. There’s no comparison for the WiFi service and also their customer service is so knowledgable, friendly & helpful. Fast helpful. I had one bad experience in one store but they made it right. I use Verizon 100%!
With the recent update parental controls no longer work
