We’re very impressed with Kaitlyn.
Everytime i login it’s saying enter member id , i dont have a member id.
Anytime i try to log in it makes me update. Doesn’t matter if it’s within an hour of my last update. Idk what bugs are being fixed bc i see no difference.

app is crashing as soon as I enters with my credential
By far the best health insurance company with the most professional kind compassionate knowledgeable professionals I ever experienced. The locations are clean, efficient. The webpage and app are easy to find the info and the communication between patient and providers and doctors is easy and clear. I’m very very happy. Thank you guys!
Every update just makes the app harder to log in . You might as well just stay on web browser
As many others have posted, this app is the worst when it comes to logging in. It will redirect you to external browser and have you log in there, then the app will crash upon completion and you can’t access any records or provider information. Super inconvenient
