Never does the face login — ALWAYS makes me manually login. Very frustrating.
very less doctors, very hard to find lab too
It says it needs updated, but it just keeps sending me to the App Store without updating.
It’s not letting me sign in
I can no longer open the app. Screen says to update app. No update is available so I hit the open button. Which takes me back to I must update. Very frustrating.
The app tells you to update and sends you to the App Store. The App Store tells you that your app is up to date and sends you back to the app. Then the app sends you back to the App Store…and on and on…why do I feel like I am waiting for Godot?
The app has been a godsend when it comes to taking care of my insurance stuff. But as of today (may 28th 2026) it no longer works for me. I log in to the app but before it can open it tells me the version I have no longer works. And when it sends me to the App Store there is no update available or it doesn’t give me the option. It just says open. And. I have tried every trick in the book to try and get it to let me update in the App Store.
I can no longer get into the app as it says 1.26.055 is no longer supported. It advises me to go to the App Store to update the app. I’ve tried it several times and nothing happens.
Having issues trying to log in unable to update the app
Can’t login anymore says to update app then there isn’t an update or another app to use so I can make payments or anything?!?
I can’t wait to change plans. I have not been able to login since I’ve started and it’s been at least four months. I keep getting a runaround with customer service uninstall reinstall we’re going to expedite. Happens I can’t even sign in for the rewards to even earn rewards horrible do not sign up because you won’t be able to login.
This app is so out of date that when trying to find a provider, 1 of 17 I checked had a correct phone number. Many more had incorrect information about accepted coverage, incorrect addresses, and the app doesn’t seem to know its own plan for Advanced Bronze Vision+Dental has switched to using Envolve which further exacerbates the other issues. AVOID THIS INSURANCE!!!
