Absolutely cannot find tickets, have ballpark app, can’t find there

Took way too much time to login and verify my account. No idea why this app did not work well for me. I followed the instructions.

Can’t believe this app still doesn’t work in landscape. This app is still ruining the minor league baseball experience. Amazing that mlb advanced media can’t do the bare minimum and copy landscape over from the mlb app. As a software engineer, I don’t know how I can make it clearer that the lack of landscape is the biggest issue. The 4.8 star rating is a lie. I have written several reviews that have been ignored. Others have as well. Stop being cheap and fix it!

Thankfully, this version of the app is much more accessible than it was a few versions ago however, the biggest problem is if someone is using voiceover on iOS and wants to switch legs or affiliates, the combo boxes don't work. So, if that person is trying to look at the AA schedule and so far, they aren't able to do so.

Please stick your pop-up ads where the sun doesn’t shine. Thank you.

Logging in is an exercise in frustration. Meanwhile my tickets and Schrodinger’s cat occupy the same state

I can’t find my tickets!!!

How could an actual grown up corporation screw up so bad? Absolutely absurd maze of buttons and logins just to access your tickets or send to someone else. Garbage app and experience and unfortunately no other method.

I found my teams which are the Space Cowboys, River Cats, Hooks, and the Giants!! Thank you MiLB

Looking for the tickets I bought. Should be immediately available when I log into

App is unwieldy. Every time you go on it you have to pick your MLB affiliate. It should default to your favorite like the MLB App.
