I wish GEICO have points for car rental, hotels and flights. We don’t get anything for longtime faithful customers.
I’m trying to get a simple quote and they can’t stop interrupting offering extra coverage and bundles. Immediately asked for lots of personal information and emailing/texting with extras. That is a disgrace of today’s internet commerce
This is the worst auto insurance company. I am actively searching for another one and I’ve gotten at least four replies. Better coverage and lower payments. This company doesn’t care about its clients.
Had password saved. Now that I want to login to the account it doesn’t work. Reset password option fails every combo email/dob or policy#/dob. I have the policy# right here on the bill and I know my birthday yet this poor app still can’t accomplish a simple goal. Don’t bother saying call I will once we find a competent auto insurance provider maybe one that doesn’t rely on a stupid lizard gimmick to be profitable. Good lord you actually print this in faqs Drivers who need to be added include: A dependent child who recently received a permit or license A driver who recently moved into your household (even if they have other insurance) A driver who is using your vehicle at least once a month Unlicensed individuals of driving age that are living in your home Depending on this person's driving history, experience, and other factors, adding a driver may impact your premium.

It’s too slow, it crashes and trying to make a payment is like pulling teeth.
Too many hoops to jump through to make a payment. Vey irritating
Never notified of possible pending cancellation for a missed payment stemming from lost card. I am on auto pay and system won’t allow direct link to my bank so it comes off card. Which I had to cancel. If I wasn’t in my app for an unrelated reason I wouldn’t have known. My email and number are on file but no attempt at contact was made. Seems flawed.
Used to be just over $31, but now it’s $56 with no accidents or traffic tickets! I don’t understand why the $25 increase. Will definitely be looking for something more affordable.
Plan went from $700 a year to double at $1400 a year for no reason. Switch to Progressive!
