Plan went from $700 a year to double at $1400 a year for no reason. Switch to Progressive!
I’ve paying with Apple Pay for years and now all of the sudden it lost my info
Not stable app
Normal queue times to cancel your policy are over an hour and you cant cancel through the app.
SIGNING IN IS NOT SEAMLESS, LOCKS YOU OUT OF ACCOUNT FOR TWO HOURS. FUMBLED APP
"DriveEasy" tracks your location, detects your motion for driving speed, and will tap into your bluetooth to see if you're distracted while drive so it can increase your rate. Beyond Orwellian.

Horrible customer service you can never get ahold of a physical person, also never received my claim check in the mail after it was supposed to be direct deposited into my account. They have zero problem taking money from your card but can’t put money back on the card is crazy to me
You should give your customers a heads up, when it comes to them having to pay extra money for their policies.
Worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with when processing a claim
