I hate that I am forced to pay rent using this app. This is nothing but a money making scheme for this company and the apartment complex . I don’t want or need any benefits from this useless service. I plan on moving next lease due to my property using this useless service!
Bilt 2.0 killed Bilt altogether let’s be real. This is not worth it anymore.
Easy to use and quick
I’m sure this app is fine for paying rent, but a mortgage is way more complicated than that. The old UWM app had features like calculators that show how one time or increased ongoing principal payments would impact the life of your loan, so you could make informed decisions about your money. They had pay down charts and data about principle vs interest. Real financial tools, not gimmicks trying to sell you a credit card. UWM was trying to help you save money, Bilt is trying to get you to spend it. I’m so glad I got to use the old app for adult financial planning before we were shoved over here.
Let’s see, so far so good let’s see how this can help me
United Wholesale Mortgage made me switch to paying my mortgage through this app. Now I’m being sold things every time I pay my mortgage. This is unnecessary and annoying. Additionally, I had to wait to verify my bank account to pay, which is not immediate verification. What? Why? I was forced to pay with my debit card which coincidentally has an almost $10 fee. I hate this app. I hate that I’m forced to use it. Quit selling me stuff and just let me pay my dang mortgage.
Was quite happy with my original BILT card, long as I could get my 1 point per rent … now with my obsidian it’s become so much more complicated, uselessly so. Get to pay cash to get you rent points ? Hell no … Gonna downgrade whenever I they finally create the opportunity and will never use it again.
The UI isn’t very intuitive. Finding statements & transactions is annoying
Fast and convenient way to pay my rent. I also enjoy the perks when it comes to Lyft and refusing money off my rent!
This app is black and white, not intuitive, & extremely poorly designed. It appears to be what a D high school computer student would produce!
Not accurate with withdrawals causing rent to appear delinquent.
App is compulsory and required to access your account but frequently crashes. Great design and usability, excepts when it’s unsuable bc it crashed.
