They have nothing on Amex or Chase. Impossible to get a person and nothing resolved. Don’t waste money on palladium card.
For a company of this size, the lack of customer service is unbelievable. Getting help was frustrating, response times were poor, and resolving a simple issue felt impossible. You would expect a much higher level of support from a company with these resources. Extremely disappointing experience, and the customer service alone would make me think twice about doing business with them again.

Easy to use, quick and efficient!
This app seems to put all its efforts into promoting and advertising rather than nailing down the basics of a rent paying app. First off, there are not any push notifications or emails when a charge is added to your account or when a charge is due soon. What kind of monetary app does that? You have no idea when charges come in so you have to constantly check. Another thing is the point redemption. There is no redeem all points button or indicator of how much points you have, so you have to manually convert the “you have $x.xx available to redeem in points” dollar number to points on your own. The only app that I have ever felt the need to write a bad review for, and I am not sure how it is a 4.9/5 stars…
Me gusta mucho esta aplicación para hacer mis pagos . Es muy efectiva y acumulo puntos . Además las atenciones por parte de los trabajadores del condominio Ocklan pointe son maravillosas.
It’s not bad. I feel like the points should be worth more. Also the fee to use your own card is way too expensive!

Great app
Appreciate a lot of work went into 2.0 but we lost what was the key feature in my opinion which was paying rent on credit losing that significantly reduces the appeal of using Bilt for paying rent.
