JOLT Electric Vehicle Charging

Can’t log in. Can’t reset password. Can’t set up a new account.

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota bZ and have been unable to charge at any Jolt charging stations. The station recognizes and connects to the vehicle, but then immediately disconnects and never begins charging. The vehicle charges successfully at EVgo and other charging networks, so the car and adapter appear to be working correctly. Can someone please help investigate whether there is a compatibility issue with the 2026 Toyota bZ or provide troubleshooting steps?. I have contacted customer service and they do see the connection but not the charge, I have tried all 5 stations within the mall these are found at. Also, other cars are able to charge even a car just like me just older model. Thank you!

Completely useless, the charger would never start, regardless of the step by step guidance

The sign up process on the app does not work. It keeps saying the username or email is not valid and it never goes through. Tried way too many times

It still surprises me that a necessity such as this could this so bad. How is it that a high end mall can end up w such a surpar quality service is beyond me.

Had to download the app and go through multiple steps just for it to say out of order at the end. Replace all these with Tesla chargers please

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Perhaps the app has improved ? I charged my first EV vehicle here and had a seamless experience. It was plug and play. Just use and pay through the app. I just don’t like how you can’t close the app. Other than that, mission accomplished!

Charged my car while at a job 5$ in electrical fees for 12kwh and 25$ in fees at .10 a min. Totally unreasonable… I will never use this service again and I suggest you don’t either.

Terrible app for a terrible charging experience. It keeps booting me out of the charging session, although somehow still charging my car (according to my cars system and app). I cannot track anything in the Jolt app.

Between the beyond broken app and non-existent service, it's laughable that they charge a service fee. High traffic chargers I used to frequent sit out of service for months even after notifying support, but appear available on the map. App was made by an intern in one afternoon and never fixed

This app is pointless. Why on earth should I go through a 20 step sign up process when every gas station in America just takes your credit card to pay?

I can charge faster by plugging into a regular outlet at my house. This was ridiculous and having to wait for multiple ads to play on the screen delay you from being able to start charging or get the QR code for the app. I will avoid Jolt at all costs in the future.
