Online / app ordering needs a drive through option. Everything else works well.
As a Fred head this app makes being a frednatic easy peasy lemon squeezey!
App works only 50% of the time. It always signs me out and won’t let me sign back in since it says incorrect password even though it’s not
Absolutely unusable app. Constant crashes, glitched out menus, and otherwise confusing mess. Get it together. Won’t be ordering again until this app gets a fresh EVERYTHING
Great app but I should get to use my points to deduct from the price of my order.
I love Freddy’s. The food is delicious and the app is easy to use.
There’s an additional charge for subbing cheese? I’ve never heard of that. Please fix this if at all possible. I have to pay $.75 to switch my cheese from American to Swiss on the Freddys original double? How absurd. Other than that, great product. There’s no charge when subbing in the restaurant. The other problem I’ve noticed is that the app charges me $.99 per topping, but when I go into the location in Tempe, Arizona, the first topping is free. I don’t know why they charge even for the first topping on the app.
The app is great. It is easy to navigate, customize orders, apply rewards. Love it!

Title says it all. Frustrating dealing with their garbage authentication setup with punch. Sign in with Apple fails often too. Pretty much nuked my phone number trying to get it working. I’ll just stop eating here with how trash this app is lol.
I recently visited Fredericksburg and tried Freddy’s it was delicious and the employees were fantastic. Now it’s my favorite place to go every time I visit Fredericksburg 😋
