The lack of transparency and complete absence of customer service this company hides behind is infuriating

I love the customer support and the product quality itself - however both the website and app are not intuitive and are consistently broken and displaying subscriptions that were cancelled pre-COVID

I spent $234 for four items, and afterwards they removed one item and tried to fool me. Plus, also attempt to charge me for what was already included. Please, pay attention to what you’re actually purchasing.

Money stealing machine! Customer support is slow AF! No way to delete your card number for reoccurring payments! No way to cancel orders! AI is stupid! Customer support reply after 5-7 hours! GO TO AMAZON AND GET YOU CIALIS!

This medicine only gives temporary results. During the first cycle, just enough to convince you that it really works, after about four months you may notice some tiny new hairs growing. But after the fifth month, or when you start the second cycle, all your hair falls out again. I regret buying it a second time, and I will not use it anymore. This was just my personal experience.

After having issues with the effectiveness of a product, they upped the dosage a bit but neglected to tell me that it doubled the price. When I wrote to cancel my order of that was going to be the new price, they waited days to get back to me so they could get it shipped and say it was too late. I’ve been in contact with them for weeks, getting AI agents and saved macros replies which are often irrelevant. It’s been such a massive headache, and I’ll just have to do a chargeback through my credit card. Absolutely done with Hims after being a customer for almost a decade.

Absolutely terrible experience. customer service is so unhelpful it’s actually laughable. If you value your sanity and you’re considering any products hims offers I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have more than five months trying to communicate with someone from your team and I can’t. The app is very confusing and does not allow you to buy its products. I have tried to buy your product for hair loss and acne treatment but when I get to the section where I must register my address information, it will not let me move forward. It’s frustrating. I have more than five friends who have the same problem with the app. I really want to buy your product and have a subscription, but unfortunately your app won’t let me move forward. They didn’t solve my technical support problem, it’s really an app that doesn’t work... what a terrible service. I would have liked to consume your products with, but the app or technical support let me move forward with my order.
