I don’t like how they will take all your info but not let you work. Ask for my location and see if work is available. You go through the whole sign up process. License number tag number just to be put on a list. If I knew it could take 6 months to work. Idk if I would give you all that info. Waiting to hear back. But I don’t feel great offering all my info for nothing in return.

Nothing beats roadies pay average this app saved my life and im grateful to be apart of this growing empire thank you ROADIE 🙏🏿❤️

The price is very slow sometimes

It makes no sense to be 1 mile from a gig to be accepted for a gig. That’s 30 miles away apparently purchased a bigger vehicle for more opportunity and it was the complete opposite said to be first come first serve for any order or gig.

Pays horribly

The app is slow. It needs a lot of work. You try to access your gig history or your earnings history anything like that and it just loads forever same thing when you click on a gig to accept it it just loads forever. Same thing when you take pictures to complete a delivery it loads forever sometimes they don’t even load and complete. You have to redo the whole process all over again. This app just has a lot of issues every time you start a gig you have to take a selfie of yourself. They said they fixed that, but they never fixed that they just lie they don’t care all that money typical trash company

The routes are far

This app used to be solid. Now it can’t even track whether an order is actually available. It keeps items “available,” I drive out there, and—surprise—they don’t have it. Living in a small town means these aren’t short trips, either. I’ve had a store call the app before I arrived to say an order was already picked up. The app said they’d cancel it, then didn’t—left it open so I’d waste my time. If you can’t be bothered to cancel an order you know is gone, that’s not a glitch—that’s not doing your job. And the cancellation “fee”? Four bucks I can’t even cash out. That’s an insult, not compensation. This app has gone downhill fast. It’s unreliable, wastes my time and gas, and it’s just not worth using anymore.

This app was really great when it first started out . the routes got bad van getting overloaded with heavy items going 100 plus miles , and ending 80 plus miles away from home . Starting to make the pay not worth it for a cargo van but those with suvs getting the same pay less miles & product .

I have tried getting more out my area and too slow on coordinating acceptance
