App works great for me... and has exactly what I am wanting to attend listed.

I was forced to download this app to get my tickets instead of getting a PDF download option.

Tried it in my app and browsers for at least 10 times across multiple days. Please make the experience better it’s very annoying

I would love to have a smooth user experience but every time I’ve opened this app it glitches.

This app is so awful. Not user-friendly at all. The user experience team needs to go back to school.

I paid $50 for a ticket to a club on Halloween night. They did not let us in. They told us to go to another club. We went there. They told us to go back to the original club. We went back. They denied us once again. We contacted the company for refunds and haven’t gotten our money back yet. Not only did we waste $50, but they ruined our Halloweens.

Why is there not a customer service number to call when there are problems ? I am hating this platform already.The event date is not correct and it cannot be changed for some reason.

Vomit inducing buggy trash. No deep links to the app when viewing an event in safari. The UX is among the worst I’ve seen and I'm a UX designer. The menu is atrocious. Why is the search function so hard to find??? Jesus Christ get your money back from whatever talentless overpaid contractors you used.

If I didn’t love RA for existing and want to support them I would give this app 1 star. Everytime I use this app to see if someone has any upcoming shows, but I go to look something up in a different app hoping I will be able to just come back to the RA app on the page I had open like I left it, it totally resets, removes my seatch results, and takes me back to the g*dd*amn location-centric events homepage and I have to start all over again. So frustrating I don’t see the value of using this app as it ends up making me do everything over and over again. It also feels strange to me that the main homepage is only based on your location… I know I, and many people I’ve met at shows, view going to shows in different cities as an opportunity to discover new places. I’d personally rather just have a homepage that shows me what my favorite artists have coming up, regardless of location. I’d be curious to see how the app would improve after user observation or like a focus group so the team could learn why and how users actually use this app. Well, back to my regular beloved browser version I suppose.

I bought a ticket on the mobile browser. I’m attempting to open the ticket in the app. Instead i’m taken to a landing page on the mobile browser prompting me to download the app in the app store. I’d like to access my ticket in the app given that I’m not sure how long my tickets will persist on the mobile browser(i’m not logged into anything) and the fact tickets are released 24hrs before the event.
