Genuinely one of the nicest guys installed the internet, super quick, down to earth n honestly one of the nicest guys installed my families internet. 5 stars easily!!!
Best internet service available
The app never saves my account I have to readd my account every month. This is a terrible app.
Wayyyyy too many popups and ads to skip just to see my bill. I already have the service, stop trying to upsell me!!!
After updating the app loads up to a black screen after sign in EDITED: after deleting and re download the app, I can no longer sign in. And still no fix? Re-Edited:still can not log in on iOS 16.7.15 as of 6/4/26 update
App hasn’t loaded for over a year. Now, Frontier doesn’t even bother to post their stock, unhelpful reply to the dozens of customers saying the same thing. ————- Why is my review blocked stating that the app has been broken for nearly a year and won’t allow a customer to sign in? Frontier seems unwilling or unable to remedy this known problem. Let’s hope new owner Verizon will be more competent.
Since I have had frontier when it was first introduced There were a lot of hiccups and outages. Everything has improved a great deal. Have t had anything outage in months. Hats off to you
Their internet service is great when it’s up and running. If you have an outage, which I’m going on day two of no internet, best believe their customer service may be the worst out of all the internet providers. Their reps don’t know anything when it comes to the outages. They’ll say we can open a repair ticket which really isn’t anything but a text alert, alerting you when your service has been restored. While chatting, if a rep doesn’t know an answer they will say “I haven’t heard a response from you in a while. We are closing the chat now” as to make it seem like you’re the one who hasn’t responded.
