音声付きのモード自動にて、速度低下などで再生待ちの状態(くるくる渦巻アイコン)に陥ったあと、再開できません。何十分も再生待ちのままです。 同じ通信環境でもYouTubeは途切れ途切れでも再生できるので通信環境の問題ではありません。このアプリの問題だと思います。いくらコンテンツがリッチでも再生できないんじゃ意味ない。しょぼ過ぎ、作り直せこんなクソアプリ

エラーが多くて使い物にならない。集中力が削がれる。
▼動画が再生できない キャッシュの問題か、動画がいつまで経っても再生されないことがあります。公式にはアプリの再インストールが対処法として記載されていますが、再生できない不具合は頻繁にあり、再インストールは手間です。アプリ上からキャッシュクリアできるような機能をつけていただけますでしょうか？ ▼テスト一時停止の不具合 テストを一時停止し、再開した際に、解いた問題とまだ解いていない問題がランダムに並び変わります。テストを再開した際にどの問題が解答済みか確認する必要があり不便です。テストを一時停止前と再開後で問題の並びを同じにしてください。
処理が重すぎて話にならない。インターネット速度は十分なのにクルクル回って再生されない。小テストもどんどん次へ進みたいのに進ませてくれない。不便すぎる。
他の方もレビューしていますが、ブラウザでなら視聴ができるのですが、アプリ版は一回目の動画は見ることができますが、次の動画に切り替わると永遠に読み込み中になります。 回線速度も問題ないため、アプリ側の問題だと思われます。 一応、こちらの環境を上げておきます。 ■ 使用端末：iPad mini6、iphone SE3 ■ 回線速度：38.5Mbps
ログインから時間が経つとDLしたオフラインコンテンツが消えてます。あと再ダウンロードしようと思ってもクルクル画面のままで操作できなくなります。総じてUIが全く良くないです。講義自体は良いものが多く、そちらに予算を配分してる？なら許せますが、、、実際どうなんでしょう。
最近、非Wi-Fi環境にてレクチャーが読み込めないのですが、そういう制限かかってましたっけ？どこで外せるのでしょう？

・「週間連続記録」などのアクティビティの反映が遅い、あるいはされていない。たまにある程度ではなく、毎回。 ・ダウンロードした動画を認識しなくなることがよくある。ダウンロードした記憶があるが、ダウンロード欄になかったコースを再ダウンロード、を繰り返していたら20GBまで膨れ上がったにも関わらず、「ダウンロード済みのコース」に何もありませんと表示される。iPhoneのストレージに余裕があることは確認済み。 ・よくある不具合や質問のドキュメントがたらい回しの構造になっており、結局解決しない。 などなど。 良いコースが沢山あるのにアプリがこれでは台無しです。
