MuseScore: sheet music

楽譜や音ががおかしくなったり動かなくなったりなど日常茶飯事です。 いつものようにアプリを開くとなぜかログアウトされていて、ログインし直したら課金データがなくなっていました。 その後、Appleに返金対応を依頼しました。その後再度課金してもアプリに反映されず。バグが直ったかと思い再度課金→やはり反映されないため返金依頼を繰り返したところ、ついに返金が拒否されました。 結果として、サブスクリプションの機能が無いのにお金だけ取られたという最悪な状態になっています。 アプリ内メッセージでのサポートも返信が来ません。 新規のメッセージサポートも作成できなくなっています。 一刻も早くデータ復旧か全額返金をお願いします。

After being charged for a subscription that I did not want, there is now no subscription. I have contacted customer support, but jo response even after 2 days.

Purchased 1 time and there is no conceivable way to cancel. App is horribly cluttered and hard to find what you are looking for. I found where my card is stored but no way to delete it. It seems like a good way to scam people out of money without an easy upfront way to discontinue a subscription.

Exactly what the title says. Most obnoxious thing ever, highly recommend using a different app

Came to the site to get midi files to learn with interactively and just got pdfs. Silly amount of money for membership and then per D/L cost and no midi. Unless I am missing something this is brutal.

i’ll start be saying the website for this works completely fine. the app on the other hand is horrible. it locks everything behind a paywall and makes you pay for anything if you want to play your instrument. why do i have to pay 7 dollars to see one piece of music. like seriously bro

Had no idea I would be charged $44.99 a week later after buying a piece of sheet music. Found buried in the notes “you may be signed up for a subscription.”

Decided to give this a chance. Right off the bat, I was asked to do a subscription; even though the app states that I can get “free” music . All I want is a place to purchase sheet music to download because music stores have none and tell you to go online.

This app is good if you’re willing to pay the subscriptions, but if you don’t, you can’t really do much with it. Sometimes it seems like it’s trying to trick you into buying a 40% off subscription by automatically checking the box as you’re buying sheet music. And the subscriptions to access official sheet music and get music without paying are absurdly expensive. Good if you’re willing to pay the extra money, but not useful if you’re not and they try to find ways to get you to pay more.

While the service this app provides is good; they make it incredibly hard to cancel your subscription. Disappointing to see another big company making money on the backs of musicians and creators.

I think that it is very helpful, especially since I’m in school and want to practice music outside of school but they are very insisting on me giving them money I don’t have. I totally understand that they need to be paid but it would be great to have a music app that is free since I haven’t even started 9th grade. Anyway. Thank you for the music and the help you’ve provided for me. I hope y’all have a good day!
