I am absolutely furious and disappointed with this app. I just created my account, uploaded my first video, and started interacting with people. Immediately, the automated system blocked my ability to send direct messages for no reason.I filed an appeal, it was approved, but the exact second I replied to three people, the app banned me ALL OVER AGAIN! This happens after every single message I send! Your automated anti-spam system is completely broken for international users and keeps flagging real people as bots. I didn't violate any guidelines.The chatbot in support is useless, and real moderators take days to respond. This issue makes the app absolutely unusable. Fix your broken algorithm or stop letting international users register at all! Horrible user experience.

发视频根本没有人看，流量也很少，那些人普通发一个视频的人随便一个视频都几千点赞 点赞结果 我就才个位数😭小红书垃圾死了 一点也不好用🤮

无缘无顾被禁言禁关注申诉了一个月了还没有结果。找人工客服说只能帮我加速申诉无法帮我解决可是一个星期了也还是一样没结果。而且客服排队还超长等了好几个小时

They even do shadow ban, where no one can see anything from you, but you cannot tell that you are banned.
