I still like Rakuten, but it definitely was a lot better years ago. It seems I get better cash back with another competitor now.
I like using Rakuten, but I don’t understand why it takes so long for cash back to confirm.
The percentages off are okay!
I had an account with Rakuten and racked up over 11k points in a few days, all of a sudden I couldn’t log back into my account! My account is “unavailable.” I have tried calling them and sending them emails, when I finally got through to their customer service they told me they couldn’t do anything and to keep emailing them. Completely blew me off! Way to promise me points and then steal them from me. If I could give this app negative stars I would.
This app has saved me so much money. Been using it for a few years now. Well worth it.
Absolutely horrible, none of the store saved for my card ever get put towards money spent. This app has gone downhill drastically from 2017 when I joined it!

Frequent submission for gift card errors no resolution at all.
I have been using this app for a couple years now and I’ve made over $1000. It really is as easy as going through the app first before I make a purchase or book some travel.
