I really don’t like the layout of the UI in the synth apps from this developer. There are too many pages and the controls are spread out across them seemingly without any logic, not neatly grouped by their function. Tons of wasted space in the UI, the controls could’ve easily been condensed into one, maybe two pages. The app sounds very very loosely inspired by that famous synth from Sequential - unfortunately it sounds anything like it. There is a level of „genericness” to all the sounds in the synth, I’ve tried several app from this developer and they all have this common characteristic and actually don’t sound that different from one another. If you already have one synth apps from this developer, you are likely ok to just skip this app.
What can I say? Think of it as a 21st-century Prophet 5, on steroids. Because it’s truly a prophet 10, on steroids. One of the best analog synths out there. AND You can play it on your iPad.. I’m using mine live with AUM On a 9th gen iPad with NO problems. 👍👍👍
This is truly a great sounding synth. I’ve never been disappointed by any of the AudioKit apps, and this one is no exception. The layout is intuitive,and the sound is quality. Plenty of great presets, and the modulation opportunities are amazing. And, you can’t beat the introductory price!
AudioKit Pro A5 AudioKit’s Pro A5 is one of the best-value synths currently available on iOS. Inspired by classic vintage poly synths, it delivers warm pads, punchy basses, lush brass, and convincing analog character without overwhelming the user. The sound engine includes 10-voice polyphony, extensive modulation options, quality effects, and hundreds of presets, making it equally useful for quick inspiration or deeper sound design. Pros: Great sound, huge preset library, AUv3 support, excellent price, and no subscriptions. Cons: The interface can feel crowded at times, and purists looking for a perfect hardware emulation may find it more “inspired by” than a true clone. Rating: 9/10 — An outstanding synth for iPhone and iPad, especially for electronic, synthwave, ambient, and classic analog-style sounds

This is so far, the best iPad synth I’ve ever had! the quality of the presets, just as they are is more than enough for music making; I own a few AudioKit synths and every new release is an instant buy, no research needed!
Honestly this synth exceeded my expectations. We've been waiting for a Prophet emu on iOs but this takes emulation to the next level!!

Everything from this developer is so beyond great it’s hard to express … especially the most recent apps - the sound is superb with depth and emotion. Stuff like this makes making music a pure joy…(in this particular case with dark and dreary Eddie Allen Poe kinda vibes
