I’ve put so much money into the games and the app did payout a couple times but now they don’t talk to me I only get automated responses and they haven’t paid me in days plus when I brought it up all the offers I was doing erased and I can’t even see any other ones Reco social promises a payout but instead waits until you’re comfortable then robs you and ditches you

Upon reading the reviews from other people saying their first pay out came in about 7 days, I wasn’t too impressed. But I redeemed $54 yesterday, and got the payment to my PayPal today! The games have been fun and are better paying compared to other apps! Thanks Recco!

I have been on Reco social about 2 weeks or so now, playing the games. At first my games tracked but after day 2 or 3 they stopped tracking, I stopped getting credited for my progress. Sent several support tickets and screenshots that I completed bonuses before times up and even right after I completed and I was still not given the credit. I’m now being told I can’t receive it because the time has passed, which I stated I have sent several messages when I first completed and never got the credit….. it’s another scam how I see it now

I have been trying for over a month now to request a payout for over $230 but continue to get errors in reference to my selfie not matching my photo ID. I’ve done it numerous times and at one point, I was able to get the facial verification, but then received another error that it failed to process payment. I have sent in numerous support requests and have heard nothing back! Not an email no messages in the app… Nothing! Has anyone had this problem or is it just me? I have done screen recordings, but I’m unable to send them because they’re too large. UPDATE: Received your email response to this review, but it just brings me back into the cycle of trying to put in a support request and getting no answers back. Please give me a way to respond through email so I can provide whatever additional information you need to resolve this. I have over $230 that I need to withdraw and as you may know, I am a little upset with not getting answers. UPDATE 2: Yeah, another attempt to get a response through the app resolution process. So once again, I am posting an update here on reviews because this is the only way I can ever get an answer. ATTENTION DEVELOPER who is gonna respond to this please do not refer me back to the app because I am getting no answers or resolution there! Get someone to contact me so I don’t have to try to go through this process once again as I am still not able to get my money that took me several weeks of gameplay in order to get to that point I don’t intend to play anymore until I get a resolution to get my $236! Thank you for your attention to this matter UPDATE 3: So now I get no response? I would appreciate a developer. Emailing me again, but to not tell me to go back to the app and fill out another resolution request! I am getting no response regarding those requests so the only time I get any information from our ECO is when I come here to do a review PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY! UPDATE 4: I changed to a five star review because I need this to get seen! As you can see, I’ve been reporting my issues for a couple months now and I’m getting no response other than to put in a support request in the app… I’ve done this. I don’t even know how many times because it is ridiculous that I’m getting absolutely no help! I have over $250 in the app that I have been unable to retrieve. Any developer that is reading this DO NOT reply with the same thing about going to the app and putting in a support request as you have done every time I put in an update here under reviews! I NEED HELP GETTING MY MONEY! IF YOU HAVE TO SOMEHOW SEND IT TO ME MANUALLY THEN THAT’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO OR I’M GONNA HAVE TO BE CONTACTING THE FTC and get in contact with the Internet crimes complaint center. Someone needs to do something ASAP. If I don’t hear by the end of May 2026, I will be making contact with the crime division. UPDATE 5: Not to worry, I’ve started the process of reporting Reco social as a scam. In running your website through VLDTR you have a trust score of 51.8/100 and reading through the information they provided I am now gonna follow up with reporting to the FTC and through whatever process I need as I am owed $277 at this point. I have not stopped playing because I felt that if this wasn’t a scam and I was just having trouble getting my money, I wanted to make sure that I was still playing and gaining in the process. But again, it’s been quite some time and I still have had no luck retrieving my money. I just continue to go around in circles with the developers as they continue to tell me to put in another Help request over and over and over. I am done dealing with this and I’m at the point I will be filing with the FTC.
